You can get this by going to the city at midnight and on a random night Ressetis work place might be open. His work place will be all the way to the right from the bus stop.

You can get this at Nooks shop.
Silver can
You can get this by buying 100 flower seeds at Nooks. Posy Farms will later send you a silver can.
Golden can
You can get this by having a perfect town. Talk to Pelly and she will give it to you.
Fishing rod
You can get this at Nooks shop.
Silver rod
You can sometimes get this at Nooks shop. Although rare to find, it is worth it when you do!
Golden rod
You can get this when you have caught all the bugs and they are in your museum. Tortimer will be outside your house and give it to you.
Net
You can get this at Nooks shop.
Silver net
You can sometimes get this at Nooks shop. Just like the silver rod, it is rare to find there.
Golden net
You can get this when you have caught all the bugs and have put them in your museum. Tortimer will then appear in front of you house and give you it.
Slingshot
You can get this at Nooks store.
Silver slingshot
You can get this by shooting down a balloon with your slingshot. The balloon will have two balloons on it.
Golden slingshot
You can get this by shooting down a balloon with your silver slingshot. The balloon will have three balloons on it.
Axe
You can buy this at Nooks shop.
Silver axe
You can get this by throwing a regular axe it at your town fountain. Serena will then appear and ask you want you want, say a silver axe. You will need to have the fountain already in your town. To see how to get one go to the cheats page.
Golden axe
You can get this by doing the same thing with the silver axe.
Timer
You can by this at Nooks shop. With it you can play fun games like bomb, or have fishing and bug catching competitions.
